A good ending to a bad scenario. The winds are so strong in the area it makes the plane literally turn about 60 Degrees at one point.

I think this was an incident involving a Lufthansa flight in Germany some weeks ago, the co-pilotress (is his correct for female pilot?) was attempting to land the plane in strong winds, after the left wing touched the ground she started again. The 2nd attempt to land the plane was carried out by the (male) pilot and a success. This was all over the german press, Pilot and Lufthansa said it was standard procedure that the co-pilot attempts a landing in these conditions.
So, now I`m looking forward to all your comments on women flying, hahahahaaaaaa!

I dunno, I`m no pilot but I`ve landed an aircraft with help - fuck doing that even in a single engine 2 seater. When the wind is that strong its God`s way of saying "gtfo".

But then again God don`t exist. 5/5 for no deaths.
