they`re looking at people from a similar social economic group, this study negates so many factors and thus makes it quite worthless when using it at a larger scale.

Oh wow, great research guys: people who are genuinely happy go lucky at age 21 will remain so for most of their life. At 21 you`re a full refined and polished individual and your persona will remain so for the rest of your life, there`s no turning back. It`s a no brainer; this "documentary" is extremely dumb.
