Oh god I could only watch half. That was a bunch of lies. The mayans never predicted anything with the accuracy they state. Plus, pole shifts happen all the time, in geological time frames at least. Unless you are an animal who migrates with the assistance of the earth`smagnetic field, you don`t have anything to worry about.

edit: they never predicted non-periodic events with that accuracy

there`s abit of a difference between an eclipse and a apocalypse.

and there`s also a difference between a bearded guy showing up on a boat & the `end of the world`. for all we know a bearded `god` appearing from the sea could mean `neptune` so you can find your own rationalization for `any` of these claims.

i don`t believe this for a second, and if it doesn`t happen i`am going to be soo disappointed!.

the mayan prediction didn`t say dec 21st 2012, so the claim of it being an independent collation of dates is falsified.

There`s also a difference between a pole shift and a magnetic pole shift. Magnetic pole shift is as it states, the magnetic poles swap or move. A pole shift is something far bigger, the earth slips due to a heavy spinning effect, much like a spinning top that slows down. Spin one and see what happens, the northern axis tries to become the horizontal axis. This is due to the weight upon the northern or uppermost point. This is a major axis shift which has happened before... but don`t worry folks, if it happens, it will take hundreds of years to complete.

The reason I find the mayans so interesting is their knowledge of astrology long before us, we are now proving what they already seemed to know hundreds and thousands of years before us.
Also they didn`t predict the end of the world.Dec. 21st 2012 is the lest day on their calendar.Into the age of aquarius.The calendar we use today was designed by pope gregoryXIII in 1582, it would have been ironic if he made it with no december 21st.
