I was hoping the correspondent`s satellite link would go off-line.

"Our apologies ladies and gentlemen, it seems our satellite has crashed into another communicational satellite and our link to Russia has therefor gone off-line.
We are no longer able to communicate with our correspondant and will now bring you the weather with Steven Worth."

"Thank you Martine, but it seems the national weather satellite has gone off-line after a crash with an unknown object just moments ago. I just looked outside the window and the clouds look pretty dark to me, it might start raining."
