A look at rocketry used by Tippu Sultan (Sultan Fateh Ali Tipu.) During the 18th century the British and its Indian allies fought four wars against the formidable Kingdom of Mysore in south India. (Although resistance remained from the Afghans, Sikhs, and Burmese until the 1880s.) Tippu was killed in the final Anglo-Mysore War in 1799.
