Two zebras were grazing one day when one of the zebras asks "Are we white with black stripes or black with white stripes?" The other Zebra, thinking about it, does not know and says "You should go ask god" Hearing this, the first zebra ventures far and wide in search of god. He finally finds god and asks "God, am I white with black stripes or back with white stripes?"
God takes a moment and simply answers to the zebra "You are what you are." the zebra, seeing that god disappeared walks back and finds his friend. "What did god say?" asks the zebra. To this, he responds "God said 'you are what you are"
The first zebra hears this and says "oh i guess we are white with black stripes then." Wondering why his friend would say this, the zebra asks "Why not the other way around?"
With a smile, the second zebra answers "Because if we were black with white stripes, god would say "YOU IS WHAT YOU IS!"
