Exactly. And sadly, what little good philosophy religions do have, is more than undone by all the mumbo jumbo dogma BS. Especially at a time when the exit of universal religious tyrany, which at least used to pass and serve as the defacto societal framework, has left a vacuum that is now filled by industrial shiny things worship, and political / military opportunism, all of which is just as empty and distracting. What people need is some practical common sense, wisdom, and deep coping skills taught, as a humane and compassionate glue to hold our societies together in peace, and equip us with the real tools we need to evolve into a better future.

With our ears full of chikachikachikachika and aieaieaieiaie, either the obsolete religious kind, or the modern industrial kind, we are rushing headlong in the dark off a cliff that we neither easily see, nor hear the emptiness of, for the din.

This is like a couple of sentences from an interview that`s an hour long. Funny when I hear people then proclaim him "wisest man" from an excerpt of 90 seconds.

Btw, the woman who interviews him is his wife.
