1000 feet record jump went well ,unfortunately when he came back to collect his gear he wanted to try it again and the rope snapped,

^ Point is, it`s obvious to everbody else that he was doing EXTREMELY dangerous shit, indeed suicidally dangerous. If I got a rush out of shooting at myself, and kept doing it over and over, I should be held as an example of poor judgement for others to learn from, ESPECIALLY if I left kids behind.

His should be an example of WHAT NOT TO DO for many other extreme sports fools. There are real prices, and we should more wisely make the real choices of whether or not to pay them.

Maybe he`s been doing it his whole life? Maybe it`s just what he was born to do, seems like he was good at it...held 2 world records.

I feel sorry for his family. I`m sure they know that he died doing something that he loved. EVEN though he loved his family as well. I love mine, but I love my hobby`s as well. And if one killed me, I sure hope my family wouldn`t call me a selfish ass.

I hate police, so bad example. but If a cop was out in duty and died in a gunfight.. Would he be an ass because he left his family behind?
