Israel declares it will respond with disproportionate force, if attacked by rockets from Gaza, then Israel is attacked by Rockets! Hamas Spokesperson claims on Radio that Israel "Agents" are sending rockets from Gaza at Israel to create an excuse for Israel to attack Gaza. We can never know. It`s every bit as plausible as Hamas firing them.

What is NOT acceptable is Isreal`s response, which is completely disproportionate. Too much death. They say they`re sorry about killing so many civilians, but what did they expect was going to happen when they fired artillery and missiles into heavily populated places? Lots of people dead is what you expect, unless you are a moron. And Isreal are not morons, they are unrepentant murderers.

A classified database of construction compiled by the ministry was leaked to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz
An analysis of the data shows a big majority - about 75% - of construction in settlements was carried out without the right permit or in contravention of permits issued, Haaretz reported.
