^true that.

But in anycases, our consciousness collapse the univers around us every moments into the 3th dimensions we all perceive and the 4th by layers just by observing it.

If all our consciouness somehow focus on the same thing, it`s "possible" that we could affect that event in space and time, by collapsing all together the same reality.

Now, how this can be connected with random numbers? I don`t know :P, if someone have an idea...
But what puzzles me, is inside of a chip, its have its own "system" so how an external "system" can affect it!? o_0

It`s true that normal computer chips can only produce pseudorandom data.
In these experiment the source of the data stream is based on "quantum electronic noise", and
any quantum physicist will tell you that you cannot preditc the out come of a quantum event, you can only give it probabilitys. This is what essentially makes it as random as it can get.

On the quantum level everything is connected, even beyond time and space(quantum entanglement). So It`s possible that if enough people focuse on the same event there can happen a coherence in this quantum field that might have an affect on these devices.

This thing works on the same basic concept of the Webbot predictions. Basically that our subconscious mind can predict major events before it happens.

I`m not saying it is the gospel or anything, but I am willing to say that it is wroth investigation and study as there are more and more things coming up that have to do with this phenomenon.

I would like to see how often this kind of machine spikes. If they spike depending on local conscience influence. Can you always find a large event that happen at the same time as the spike?

I don`t really have any problem with this on a scientific level. When Newton first said that there was a force which made mass attract other mass, people said he was a closet magician. Now it`s well know that gravity is very real. However as of yet we`ve been unable to point out exactly what causes gravity. It could very well be that conscience is a very much like gravity, sounds like magic and seemingly unexplainable.

Well it`s common sense if you think about it. Group self consciousness is very evident in the flight pattern of birds for instance, but what`s more interesting is the foreboding element attached to this. It could be just a coincidence, I personally cannot see how humans or other animals can grasp certain occurrences in advance with no prior hints whatsoever. Then again time is nothing more but a human concept so there really isn`t a past of future so everything that ever was and ever will be is today.
