Kittens Used As Bait For Sharks

A fishing guide and former live fishing reporter for one of our local news stations finds out about this on a trip to Venezuela. He says many of the participants are American. Please help him bring attention to this and hopefully prevent this incredibly cruel practice.

How is what they are doing to the cat any different than what they are doing to the fish they catch? Both get a hook through them, both get eaten. Just because the fish don`t meow does not mean its any more humane or "nice". I`m always amazed to see people up in arms over this kind of thing. Maestro what the guys are doing is mean to the poor little kitties so you should then hurt them? Do you see how twisted that is. A human hurt an animal so that calls for human blood? Makes no sense at all. On top of that, I bet at least half of you that are ready to form a lynch mob also eat meat. The source of said meat gets no better treatment than those cats did.

true intelligence is being able to understand that there are other living things out there and being able to gain knowledge or some other thing from your experience. people who intentional hurt animals are not human they do not belong in a world that can offer them peace and i know that everything is recycled even your so called soul/molecules, just try and think about that.. do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law

there is a huuuuuge difference between catching and killing a fish and torturing a cat. first of all i am a fisherman myself and i fish for over 20 years now, i have never seen anything as perverted as this in my whole life. killing a living animal is one thing. torturing it in this way is totaly sick. i am happy i live in a country that would put these motherfuckers in jail!

Fish do not have the intelligence or significant pain nervs to even know what`s happening or feel. All i want to do is fish and shoot pool. I have 4 cats all they want to do is be loved, eat, sleep, and shit. This sickens me! To see this kind of torture done to an intelligent species of animal. Until fish get smart and every second home you walk into has a largemouth bass flopping around on the floor... fishing is fine use worms. Get fucked! using cats as bait.
