by far the best opening cinematic sequence i have ever seen in my life. i want to by the game, then make love to it and then sell it just to buy another one. this one gets every 5 i will ever have.

This game alone makes want to buy a PS3. I enjoyed the hell out of the first game, and I find the story extremely captivating. Nazi in space ftw

I`m not a Halo fanboy, in fact, the game sucks. BUT! I don`t like being told what to do, so....

I learned a long time ago not to judge a game`s potential by it`s opening cinematic, these days it`s all too easy for a developer to put together some sweet cinematics while the game its self is left lacking. I`m not saying this is the case here, but I never get excited about a game until I see in-game shots or play the demo. So far, from what I`ve seen of the in-game videos, I`m not too impressed, it looks good for sure, but not ground breaking. Calling this game a Halo beater is a bit insulting to this game IMO, Halo 3 was released in Sept. of 07, if a game released a year and a half later is NOT an improvement then they should go back to the drawing board, at least compare to Gears 2 or Resistance 2.

Lets be realistic here for a second.....The helghast say that their homeworld is a shitty dust ball. Thats why they got all cranky and all `space invader` like in the first place right?
So why send the good guy troops to their planets surface? Why not just blast that shitty dust ball into oblivion from space?
Answer.....Because it wouldnt be half as fun >:)
