Could it be that Mars is just starting to become inhabitable and start making its own life?

@rocknrollray: Even if it is a matter of just starting to have life the fact we find a microbe that was not from earth would prove that life can/does form on other planets, and it would not matter if we couldn`t invite them over for tea of coffee.
