Snapped in two ?? Boats are designed to take this kinda punishment. Looks like a boston whaler to me you can fill them with water and they still dont sink.
All you have to do is keep the nose into the wave and motor running and your fine.

I have jumped my fair share of waves off the coast of Vancouver, and I`ll tell ya, sittin up front and supermanning it like that is a good way to bash your knees and shins on the bow ledges/rails, etc.. We were in Boston Whalers too, 21`, jumping waves from ferry wakes.. prop out of the water n everything..
