I know the story behind this and there was no reason to shoot that guy....USA you need to pull a Greece step your game up you cant just be having cops shooting ppl in the back while on the ground in front of a 100 ppl

its sickening how the crowd may have played a factor into this guys death not justifying the cops actions but having 20+ people yelling and creeping up to the scene definitely raised the tension levels of the police and may have been enough to push the cop into making a bad decision.

^^ but how can u justify that, i could never shoot some1 for no reason. the crowd did nothing, there was about 4 ppl creeping up while they were held off by 2 cops in front. all in all there were about 6-8 cops. :S

That sucks. That guy didn`t deserve to die. I do think the issue is more complex than just blaming everything on one cop. He definitely fucked up and should be punished, but being a cop doesn`t make you immune to being harmed, you`re protecting your life as well, especially if you`re surrounded by those ghetto rowdy people.

Uh, what I saw was the guy NOT backing off when the cops were telling him to back off. In fact, this jerk-off repeatedly approached the cops when it was clear he shouldn`t be doing that.

I don`t know what fucking world you live in, but that is NOT cooperating. The guy was fucking with the cops, as were a few others, and he got shot for his trouble. Wow, imagine that.
