the cop who shot the first shot and MISSED should have his fuckn badge taken away, you fail he was running in a straight line with nothing around him to obstruct the path of a bullet.

and the cops who shot the 4 bullets after he hit the ground, all should be either charged or fined for police brutality or excessive force.

It was a dramatic scene in Bakersfield, California on Sunday when police had to take down a carjacker.

"Suspect, you are considered armed and dangerous. We need you to step out of the vehicle with your hands up," said police.

The suspect decided to take his chances and fled the scene on foot.

Officers shot him, saying that he had a firearm in his hand as he ran away.

Police say the man shot the owner of the car before stealing it Sunday morning and leading police on a chase.

The owner of the car remains hospitalized in stable condition, while the suspect is hospitalized in critical condition.


Run from the police....while holding a gun.....after wrecking the car.... that you just stole from the guy....that you shot.............................

THAT BITCH SHOULD BE SHOT!
