Even if the gun `just went off` there was no reason for it to be out of it`s holster with the safety off. That`s either murder or manslaughter no matter how you cut it. Negligible homicide at best.

Don`t judge the book by it`s cover, of course their are police who are slim and aren`t worth living but at the same time this is the only type that is mostly shown on the media. The media doesn`t show much of the good deeds, I am not trying to justify the police but even though their are many fuck ups I have seen some very cool cops. As to put an example of a couple of policeman showing at my door on new years to break up the party and they ended up celebrating the new years with us and just gave us a verbal warning to keep it down.... I am not trying to justify the act that has been done in this, this pig should die the most horrible death their is.

^^ If the job of police officers are to serve and protect then there is no reason to report on every good deed police officers happen to do, cause that is their job. And there is no shortage of reports of good police officers doing good things anyway. As a citizen, I want to know about the bad things the police are doing cause its more relevent and important to remove those fucks from power than its is to say. "Oh, what a great job the police are doing".
