Good for west palm. I wish they would do that were I live(New York). All these guys walking around with their asses and dicks hanging out is a little disturbing. It is all animalistic behavior anyway. Basically it is no different than any other animal species flashing feathers or doing a mating call(black people do that alot also). So if it is bringing our society our of primitive animalistic behaviors then I am all for it.
