yeah, noxious is right though, these guys are not that strong. bruce lee only weighed 145lbs, but he was stronger than all of these guys. lee could hold out heavy weights at arm's length for a rediculously long time and bodybuilders with arms 3X as big couldn't come close to matching him.

he also busted open a 150lb. punching bag with a side kick. i'd like to see this guy do that.

p.s. - "the price for steroid use" is actually much worse than a blown bicep. the side effects alone are pretty bad.

Like someone mentioned before its synthol. This guys name comes up so many times on bodybuilding forums and he is pretty much hated by everyone. Ask any bodybuilder and they will laugh as soon as his name is mentioned. Also steroids like d-bol and others arent as bad as people make it out to be, if you know what you are doing of course. bruce lee was strong but wasnt as strong as lifting as them. the power of a punch of kick is in the speed not the muscle mass. Velocity effects the force greater then the muscle mass. Bruce lee was just real toned for speed endurance and strength in a balanced degree but he probably couldnt lift as much as a dumbass on steriods but can beat the crap out of a dumbass on steriods.

Steroids do not make your muscles grow by themselves. Using steroids, speeds up your recovery, and allows you to do harder workouts, but it also means, that in order to take full advantage of the steroid use, you'll have to work out much harder. It's not like; pop a pill, stay at home, and watch your muscles grow...
Still, I would never use steroids.

Oh, and about the video, the blown out biceps wasn't due to injecting "oil" into the muscle. The guy himself was talking about a hematoma, which means internal bleeding. As the video said earlier, use of steroids corrodes your blood vessles. He was sticking the needles in to drain the blood out of his arm. Sweet, huh?
