5/5, still diggin it, but i still need more :D.
the `breathing tube` he`s referencing towards the end also can be related to Chakra work. you breathe through the top of the head (crown chakra) and guide it mentally straight through to your root chakra (..pretty much your ass). there`s alot more to it than my short description, but i`m intrigued where he`s going with this.

It is interesting but kinda misleading. This has nothing to do with science and I dont think Picasso had the "key to life" just by painting geometry and looking at it. There`s a bit more to it I think.
