edit: i looked at the vid 2nd time and if my college chinese classes were any good, i noticed that it says "day 6" or saturday at the top of the vid, so i think this is in china or hong kong because ive never seen green taxis in the parts of taiwan i`ve visited.

and someone next to the camera sneezed 3 times halfway through

being in a van, the driver had a good view of the road. he wasn`t paying attention to the road. he could`ve stopped. the kid wasn`t so smart, or overeatimated his speed (or underestimated the traffic`s spped... whatever), however, this could`ve been avoided easily.

the van was in the road where it was supposed to be if it had mounted the kerb then it would be the drivers fault.

if you want to blame anybody the parents for not teaching the kid how to cross the road would be a good start.
