I don`t wanna be the devil`s advocate but I can pretty much imagine someone building an EMP house bomb based from a standard microwave oven... It`s just a question of will and time.

why would an artillery piece need to be stealth? they are in the back of the lines. not only that but what if somebody fired 2 rpgs at it? it would only be able to hit one then the 2nd one would immobilize it because it has little armor
