since when are police cars yellow? i think it was a taxi dash cam (if they actually have those) you can hear whats sounds to be a customer saying "oh my god" after the crash

For one, it isn`t yellow it`s just the light reflecting off the car. Two, that "Oh my god" is clearly coming from a distance, not inside the car. However, it sounds like the officer breathes at the end, so at least he was conscious. He still could have died, but hopefully he pulled through.
