A guy from work, 23 had an operation and skipped several days of work. We were all curious cause he wouldn`t say what. After repeated failures, we caught him one night drunk at a party and asked him and he had apparently operated his penis. The reason was that he had never pulled the skin back (nobody taught him?), so it had partially grown attached to the penis. Quite disturbing, obviously they had to circumcise him. But it can happen. Yeah, he`s not very popular amongst the ladies either.

Wow. Almost credible.
Just seems to me like one big fat exaggeration of an actual condition called phimosis, where the foreskin has become decreased in size, either from poor growth during infancy or adolescence or from infection.
There`s no such thing as an "incidental attachment", as if the parts actually grew into each other like you describe.

I call urban myth.

Essentially, it can heal over, but after infancy, from overuse and undercleaning.

I have a 18 month old daughter who gets pretty bad nappy rash and we were given a pamphlet on Phimosis. We have been told that if we don`t keep an eye on the abrasions, they could heal the labia together.

Apparantly this is possible well into adulthood and while not many cases are reported, the most common cases happen in uninformed teenagers who masturbate and then hate themselves for it. They throw their pants back on straight away without cleaning up. Left over vaginal fluid or semen causes a skin infection which heals onto itself.

I also have Phimosis due to nappy rash, about a 1cm section of what is left of my foreskin after circumcism has attached to the head of my penis.
I got it pierced.
