Superman would lose easy. Simply because he`s the dumbest super hero ever. For a person to have super strength, super speed, the ability to fly, laser eye sight, freezing breath and virtual invulnerability, to have trouble with anything at all, he`d have to be incredibly stupid.
"Hey look, that guy has a shiny green crystal that looks a lot like kryptonite, better let him come close to me so I can make sure it definitely is kryptonite, rather than blast him with my lazer sight."

EDIT: I also forgot he has x-ray vision and super hearing. He can see enemies coming, and hear what they`re planning from a mile away....and still he manages to get himself screwed, seriously. It`s like they gave him every power in the book, but no brain

Akira Toriyama even said so, let`s list the similarities:

Both are aliens that came to earth as a child in a space pod.
Both wear red and blue.
Both can fly.

I am kinda on the beer right now and can`t remember the whole long list of things but when I was a teenager I used to know a huge list of things...anyway..

as much as I hate to say it I say superman would win even though I think he`s ridiculous too

Thank you Jimmytheguz, the internet is full of people who think they know something. Son Goku is from chinese folklore, the monkey king. Flew on a cloud... ALso, goku does NOT wear red and blue.
