I`ve been an electrician for 10 years,
and I can tell you that this is not possible, the cold water pipe attached to the sink on any house is a universal ground terminal, and cannot build a static charge.

also note the shoddy special effects added to simulate the spark, the light coming off it doesn`t illuminate its surroundings

aznboi04 a car battery is 12 volts. It has a huge amount of amps, can go up to about 100 on start up, so I don`t know what the person who put it under the sink was thinking. It probably has been stepped down though or has a capacitor or something because that could be quite deadly. Video looks fake anyway.
