This is actually lot closer to an actual reality then we would like to think. The America Military has been in development of Robot soldiers for years. And they are getting closer and closer every year. Shit, they have been trying to have their air force run by an AI that they actually want to call SKynet! No joke. It is/has been their goal to have 30% of their military jets in the air piloted by AI by 2015.
