lol, he called speed "rapidez" which means fast, nothing else. And it sounded like he said "excrementos" instead of "instrumentos", which would rougly translate to: "Never go up there, it`s filled with Mr. Walsh`s sexual torture feces."

I watched this movie so many times growing up I still have the entire thing memorized. The funny thing is when I was a kid I had no clue what "sexual torture devices" were and my dad refused to explain it to me. XD
