To be honest I dont want to grow 90+ years old because I would be under regular medication and be hooked up to machines. I wouldnt want to live in a coma. If I die once I want to be dead, not revived.
Death isnt something you should be afraid of nore avoid. Its natural.

I`m surprised he didn`t touch on mental stimulation more. Surely the anti intellectual attitude you see in so many people is contributing to the risk... Most people I know barely think about anything in depth after they leave school. People always talk about physical health and exercise, I wonder how the neurological disease numbers would change if people exercised their brains more.

But your right Mr. Tajumera he should have spoken more about methods of mental stimulation. Such as language learning and/or picking up an instrument and learning music. But in his defence he did have a short about of time.
