People are blinded by their way of life, and prefer to think there is no god. But if you slow down, and look at the world, and think... you will realize there is not much to talk about. Plus, Bill Maher talks trash on religion cause its the hot topic and it gives him viewers and cash. Do you really agree that talking shit on other people`s believes on national TV can be healthy for a society?

lol actually me and a church going friend of mine had a debate about religion. It wasn`t until recently that i came up with my theory on the divine. In my opinion, there are no "dirty thoughts". what we call dirty thoughts are merely natural occurrences that are designed by evolution. For example, thoughts about sex/aggression are all a part of our evolution. We are all adapted for reproduction and survival. in terms of animals, we are just like any other: we want to produce young and are aggressive by nature.

I think God created humans as an experiment: he wanted to see what would happen if he left us a couple billion years to develop and grow by ourselves. Religion is good to an extent that it bestows certain values to people. what makes each human different from another is the way they choose to exercise these values. anything beyond that, religion is a joke. I believe that everyone has a unique way to communicate to god. hell, some even choose not to.
