10 Years of Half Life

10 years ago on this very day Valve Software released a game that took the modding and gaming community's by storm. So as a tribute to Valve the ModDB Staff selected the top 5 non-commercial mods for the Half-Life engine.

Those were great mod, and I love zombie mod the most especially in CS:S, and I was surprise they didn`t talk much about the CS: Warcraft mod also ^^

Half life changed my life. Way ahead of its time. was dissapointed with HL2. Ah long gone are the days were a average 3d card would do u so dam good in gaming. 3 Way SLI now and hek on what? guys Half life and opposing force. play them

I`ve played 4/5 of these mods, but by far my fav is sven coop. I`ve pulled so many all nighters playing that... sigh. ;P

MEh, i didn`t like NS but Sven coop was some of the best times i had playing any game. Even to this day I can waste half my life playing it... It will never be old
