Early life

Djalili was born in Chelsea, London to a Bahá`í father from Iran and an English mother and is a Bahá`í himself.[1] He attended Holland Park School and then attended the University of Ulster in Coleraine, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland, studying English and Theatre studies.[2]

I love the fact that he told the crowd to stop clapping. I always find it so annoying when the comedian have to wait for the clapping to stop. In a way I see it as a kind of failure for a comedian if audience clap, if they find it funny they would be to busy laughing and not clapping.
