Some of the impressive tasks Twendy One can perform include: * Picking up small items such as straws * Helping people get out of bed and into a wheel chair * Giving audio instructions to patients and responding to some requests * Delivering food trays to patients Near the end of the segment, they show some video of a different type nurse helper bot that is undergoing trials at a real hospital. The robot, developed by researchers at Keio University, can navigate hospital hallways and avoid obstacles while delivering equipment."
