The stat that bugs me is the one that says 25% of India`s population with the highest IQs is greater than the entire US population.

So what if it`s the 25% with the highest IQs, it`s just 25%. That percantage`s IQs have no bearing on the statistic, all it means is that India is 4x larger than the US.

Here`s an equivalent stat; The 25% of India`s population with the greatest/least (insert ANY characteristic here) is greater than the entire US population.

Translation - India has more retards/geniuses/fat/skinny/pedophillic people than Armerica has people.

Any statistic can be manipulated to say what you want to say. Be careful when people start throwing numbers at you.
