Zachary Quinto as spock is certainly interesting. Apparently, he always wanted to play as Spock it was like his dream roll. Awesome that he got to realize it.

From what I`ve read about the plot of this movie. It takes place at the beginnings of the crew as well as much later. There are two time periods. I don`t know if Shatner will be in it, however, Leonard Nimoy will be as the older Spock. I am uncertain if there will be a time travel aspect, or time paradox type thing, but I feel this will be one of the best Star Trek movies to date nevertheless. :)

^It will be one of the all time 3 best.. at least.. And Shatner wont be in it. Nimoy will be the only original player to re-appear.

I`m not a big Star Trek fan but I do watch the show sometimes and i`ve seen the movies. This one looks really good and I`m excited to see it.

The only star trek i`ve watched in entirety is Voyager, and quite frankly this just looks awesome. It may be one of those things where if you`re not a fanboy you`ll enjoy it.

I`m a st fan but this movie looks that it will suck.

Whats even the point of the first scene in that trailer. Yea I know what I`ll do - I`ll drive a car from a cliff and jump out at the last possible moment to show how bad ass and untamed my character is.
