Illuminati, NWO, Bilderberg, all those labels are just over-technical terms for the various banking families that control developed countries` money supplies. I always thought that the eccentricities of such a decadent yet low-key group were what gave rise to the intricate mythologies of the conspiracy theorist.

I`d prefer a fistful of what can be seen and known to marveling at the vastness of the unknown. I`d rather fight the "Federal" Reserve and its interests than declare surrender to some all-powerful mystics. I`d rather be an expert in compromise and policy than an expert in the secret battles and intrigues among shadows on a cave`s walls.

After all, following a small group of "expert" conspiracy theorists (read about Team B to find historical references to just how full of shit Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perl, and the rest of the neocons have always been) is how we got ourselves into Iraq.

If you want a real-life conspiracy that you can really dig into this week, read up on the "Federal" Reserve. And keep digging. And if you find anything that provides real transparency, let me know. Because I`d like to know a bit more about the folks creating and dismantling this credit crisis!

the ppl above are right, the complete speech is about the soviet union, if you listen to this clip you can sort of infer it from the things he say and the time he lived in. but i think the ideas are still applicable to all forms of organizations and societies

^Sure this edited version has a lot of truth about secret organizations. But original version is basically JFK asking the media to not reveal things like US troop movement and not to do too deep research into some things since it may aid the enemy(russians). He then explains how bad it can get and that the media can`t just stop saying anything critical about the government.
