Oh yeah, I`ve been seeing them since the start. I saw them in 1981 with Dave Mustaine opening for Metal Church at the Whisky a go-go. Then never missed a show. The last time I saw them i think was in 92. Ha ha. By then, their shows were so sloppy and the tempos were so fast. It was like they were trying to get out of there as fast a possible.

The reason I posted this was a.) It`s an early Metallica video. b.) It`s the first hard rock/metal award at the Grammys and c.) the controversy that the award went to Jethro Tull

Glad you all liked it and I made it onto the front page on a sunday late afternoon.

Metallica was way pissed off about this. I found it hilarious when Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull singer who didn`t bother showing up), responded to their criticism that "Well the flute IS a heavy, metal instrument."

Garage Days - Cool covers
And Justice - FUCKING SUCKS except for Blackened

Everything else, utter GARBAGE. Put Judas Priest, Maiden or Sabbath against these guys to show you who really kicks fucking ass. It aint Metallica
