wow that mother shouldn`t only face child abuse charges she should should have that shit done to her, children aren`t as fully developed as that of a full grown adult, I say subject the mother and the bystander which did diddly squat as the child got sprayed to receive double that pressure (as you heard if the water is left on long enough it can at times lead to peeling of the skin)
