My buddy is dating a JW, and she made it quite clear that he is expected to buy her presents and take her out for a nice dinner the day after her birthday-but that they were NOT celebrating her birthday.

JW`s celebrate the Passover, though. That`s their only "holiday".

They knocked on my door yesterday and I knew it was them! I pointed and said "jehovahs witnesses?" they said yes and I closed the door. It was beautiful
