The Total war series are some of the best game I have playied EVER! One warning tho the total war series when released are usually really buggy and takes about a year before the modding community can make the game is playable. I suggest picking up Medieval Total War II download Stainless Steal Mod and Zuma sub-mod which addes about 2 gigs of data to the orginal game. New units, factions, buildings etc. Check it out http://www.twcenter.net/

Amithar I`m not sure but I heard from a game addict friend that they are. Besides you`ll have ranking in multiplayer, Imagine that shit FieldMarshal Chrisalexan of the prussian army. I wouldnt play french though, they probably programmed them to be wimpy. The sight of pidgeons makes em run lol...
