sure the commercial isint all that great but that truely does look like a good fighting style, i would train in this if i had the chance.

For anyone who doesn`t know - there is no real technique to this fighting style other than using brute force and quick strikes. Krav Maga relies on you getting the person down. It IS effective but certainly not the most robust fighting style out there.

Krav is about inflicting a maximum amount of damage in a short amount of time and movement. Most of the moves you do would not be legal within an MMA setting. You want a fight to be over quickly, so you eye gouge, groin strike, face rake, hit the throat, etc.
