I`m afraid they weren`t actually loaded properly. I worked in a warehouse during my gapyear see, loading and unloading trucks. Anything you put in the back of a truck, no matter how big or small, should be strapped securely to stop it sliding about. This video is the result of pure negligence.

Not sure about anywhere else...But here in the UK the wagons are only allowed to pull off to about 4 ft (Enough to close the doors. THEN they must make sure the load is secured.

Its as much the drivers fault for not CHECKING it as it was the loaders for allowing the driver to leave before they were done.

In defense of the minimum wage target employee; The Driver was to blame it seems.

However, doesn`t mean they couldn`t yell at the driver or try to signal him to stop.

Boy the sound of the carts hitting the pavement would have been LOUD
