we learned this in tae kwon do, but the instructor told us this is a very dangerous move. It can kill someone if misused. Simply because an average persons leg muscles are 10 times stronger than their arm muscles. So its like punching someone with 10 times the force.

I once asked a TaekWD instructor what the difference between Black and Red belts was, expecting the simple "skill" answer, but he told me that the only thing that Red belts are lacking is the wisdom and clarity to restrain their strength and apply only as much force as needed.

The Red belt in this video has no use for restraint. It gets in the way of snapping weak necks and gaining internet fame.
