Nope, I`m with Ronin on this one.

People that slow down to gawk at people being pulled over are so fucking dangerous is shits me. They cause every driver behind to freak out and go hard on brakes and on top of that they`re straying all over their lane because they have their eyes on the road 10% of the time.

GUY BEING PULLED OVER!!! NOT THAT EXCITING!!!

I used to be a truck driver and you should slow down when passing somebody on the shoulder if you are in the adjacent lane. But you should change lanes to be courteous to the vehicles on the shoulder.

Mainly people that gawk and cause other accidents are people driving the opposite way.
