The “Personal Use of Marijuana By Responsible Adults Act” would eliminate all federal penalties for possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana and the not-for-profit transfer of 1 ounce or less.

although i no longer smoke it
i would still like to reserve the right to
the reason i quit smoking was not because
of some silly ad or arrest
it is because it hindered my ability to concentrate
which i needed for educational purposes
if you want to smoke SMOKE
marijuana has been smoked by the highest levels of government
and they want you to stop smoking

computer mexican!!! its actualy a bill for up to 100 grams about a quarter pound (4 oz)

And the bill was brought infront of the the house of represenitives but they decided to recess before they would vote, so it is not tell 2009 that it will be brought before them again to vote on the bill!
