No; as a matter of fact, I am not going to vote. Choosing between Obama and McCain is like choosing between being stabbed to death or shot to death. Either way, I die. Oh and yes; politics is and always will be, bullshit. True change calls for a changing of the system. www.thezeitgeistmovement.com

OK, the odds seem slim.

But look at it like this:

--There is a very wide latitude possible. Many governments around the world do much better for the public good than the Neocons have, and yet still promote very healthy business climates. It`s not black and white absolute capitalism vs. communism. The American social balance we are used to is not the only possible good way of things.

--Obama actually isn`t some rich shit spoiled brat born into millions.

--Obama must have sold his soul to many wealthy devils.

--Obama has a line of rhetoric that is widely supported at least in part because it`s realistic that if the Neocons fuck the USA too bad, even the rich won`t get richer. So the middle class can`t be left to fail. Even many wise business people know this and support it.

--Obama *speaks* clearly for the public good for its own sake, not just the corporate bottom line.

Now the question is this: has he lied to us about his intentions, or will he betray the worser of his corporate owners for our public good? We might hope that his corporate owners actually grasp the need for a functioning civil society, and would not object, but that might seem partially a stretch. We might worry that if Obama does actually betray them for us, use his dictatorial powers for our public good, his corporate owners would kill him. We must also ask how well he will fare against the military industrial complex, how much power has he actually consolidated, how much might his rhetoric open up for the better when he no longer needs to guard his tongue in a presidential race?

There are many, many questions. I will hope a slim hope for humanity that there are some kind answers.

And yes, infowars.com is important daily medicine, as was fromthewilderness. Much of today`s news was obvious years back if you were paying any fucking attention and thinking for yourself.

I support Obama (lesser of two evils) but it`s obvious to anyone that his campaign put this out (notice how they hit our demographic with the Ren and Stimpy and MTV bullshit???).

Listen political fucks, the internet is ours. We LET you use it. We see you and we are on to you. Leave us be and we will do the same.

Please, don`t fuck with them. You`ll regret it.

EDIT: I also need to consider that the McCain crowd put this obvious ploy out to discredit Obama and win us. Hmmmm, not sure what to believe any more. Fuck it, I`m voting Optimums Prime.

EDIT AGAIN: Look at what the OP posted before

lt seems like we have a McCain supporter in our midst, the plot thickens. (on a side note, I gotta lay off the weed)

@computermexican, I haven`t voted you up lately but I did above.
...and draser NEVER VOTE FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS!
That is their game, don`t play it vote your conscience.
I was going to write in Ron Paul but I can`t now.

.... I just found out WA state law prohibits write in votes for Ron Paul from being counted.

Don`t waste your VOTE in WASHINGTON STATE, you can only vote for a name ON the ballot.(Seems unamerican somehow.)

^ @ computermexican: Vote against the Neocons. That`s all. I hit the -1 on your comment because:

--The Neocons are the core fascists in the USA.

--The instinctual conservatives (homo sapiens domestica) are too easy to consolidate. They instinctively follow authority, obey their masters, and vote how they are told. They have some extra instinctual fear buttons too, so the party that knows how to press them gets control.

--The Neocons have figured out how to be the masters of the conservatives. They usually stand united towards fascism. Maybe McCain has screwed up this time, but don`t count on it.

--The instinctual liberals meanwhile are a divided majority. We never see only one option. We see causes. We rebel rightly against the whole system. We want (the dream of) Obama, or Ron Paul, or Mike Gravel, or Dennis Kucinnich(sp?), or a fully participatory democracy, or or or or....

Just vote against the fucking Neocons ok?

Pick a lead horse, that might actually win for a change, and might not be a fascist. And vote for him.

@draser: Lmao, thanks for your honesty. Funny thing is; because I was born in the states, Mexico mexicans dont see me as mexican and people here in the states dont like me because I am mexican so I guess I really dont have a home.

@therogueranger: Yeah, I too live in Washington and read about that, sucks.

@exploder: That hurts man, (wipes tear), that hurts.

Spiked community..So informed for the most part, brings a tear to my eye...We must help lead the sheople, such as the guy that made this video[however, looks pretty slick most likely done by the campaign], but those who think like it to the light... :) Obama does have good speaches though, the elite gave him the easy part. He just get`s up and say`s exactly what is the matter w/ the system, but truth is, he has no intention of changing anything, that`s the kicker.. :)

^ velocity73R, I would bet that Obama couldn`t qualify for the part unless he actually believed his own happy talk enough to deliver it with true conviction. I`m sure he fully intends to do whatever he can. Which I`m sure will be ballanced precisely against his fear of death. He will do what he`s paid to do, or die.

It is interesting to note though, how much power has consolidated behind the Dem ticket. I wonder what ballance it is, small&medium vs. massive interests. If he has enough mass of smaller interests behind him, then it might usefully trump the tiny minority of ultra-elite big boys that are the real heart of the Neocons. It might also be a little more pragmatic and benign as a power base, since it`s not only people who expect to escape to their tropical getaways when the shit really comes down.

I also hope that the military industrial complex wants some different masters. I know there has been profound infighting at the highest levels of the military, with unrest and dissention at the Neocon agenda. Let`s hope that also helps the Dems with an angle towards building some kinder directions for our militarism, inasmuch as that`s possible. I hope the army want to come home, and go back to practicing instead of fighting. Might cost less and fuck fewer people up.
