you know, you may say that he`s an idiot for hanging around bears and it was obvious that he was gonna be eaten, but he probably lived an amazing life man.
We could all get hit by a bus someday and live a cautious intelligent life, but what is the fun in that?

This man did what he loved, donated practically every cent he had to bear/nature protection foundations, and he would visit schools for free to educate children about bears and the importance of nature.

He was loony but he was also very generous and tried to help any way he could to protect these animals and their home. That should be respected.

I don`t feel bad at all that he died. He said himself that he would like to die by being eaten by a bear because that would feed the bear. I just feel bad for his girlfriend. She didn`t need to be there. She wasn`t even much of an outdoors person anyways from what was said on the movie.
