He tripped on a punch, not much to learn from that. This was just a result of bad luck and perhaps some overconfidence, had he not tripped the fight would probably have lasted a good 20 seconds longer.

Some people made some SERIOUS bucks off of that trip. Although that`s not to say Kimbo took a bribe...

My guess is that Kimbo thought Shamrock had succumbed to fear when he was cornered, so he went for a huge blow with all his weight. But shamrock blocked his right foot from stepping into it and the beast came toppling down. So cool...

Kimbo Slice was a novelty act. He really is a trash fighter with very little chance of getting better. He beat Tank and Mercer . . . woulda been impressive 10+ years ago. Today it`s like breaking Muhammad Ali`s hip. Not to mention he lost to James Thompson, not only did he clearly tap-out in a standing guillotine choke, he was behind on the card in the 3rd round when the fight was stopped for literally no reason. Kimbo is just lucky he didn`t get far enough to fight someone like Arlovski, who will punish his opponents before he decides to finish it.

Also, fuck Dana White, he puts together shitty cards and acts like it`s the list of the best fighters in the world. Dana is giving Brock Lesnar a shot at Couture. Why, he hasn`t earned it? Dana is just hoping Couture gets hurt or loses before he gets a fight against Fedor to minimize the draw of that fight, which Couture would invariably lose.
