wonderful but not uniquely maui thai has hints of wushu. Plus, his moves are more for show than actual use in a fight. But very impressive none the less. I would like to see him in a real fight against pro maui thai kickboxers. Like Van Dame :P

Haha i`m pretty sure all martial artists in acting have had to change their styles. They`re fighting to entertain and not fighting to stay alive. If this guy got pinned in a life or death situation, I`m pretty sure it would look quite a bit different.

This is a frequent misconception people seem to have...

Ong Bak 2 has NOT BEEN RELEASED.

You are all thinking of TOM YUM GUNG (AKA THE PROTECTOR). This is NOT ong bak 2...it is a totally different movie.

With that said, tony jaa kicks ass. He needs to make movies at a faster pace though only 2 to his name and i need more.
