I think it was purposely bad, and they knew it, that was the whole point...Or else, it was really just that bad, but I do remember Norm saying in an interview, he thought it was funny when he bombed...He said that on Howard Stern, and other comedians knew this, so this is probably a great inside joke, for his buddies, and a train wreck for the audience.. :)

I think that Norm was given the cards to read the jokes but the other comedians joked him by putting shitty ass jokes on it. I think Norm got punk`d.
